Inclusion Criteria
Patients having sleep disturbance for atleast 1 month will be taken for this trial
Age group 17-70year
Patients irrespective of sex, socio-economic status, education and religion were considered
Patients with Athens insomnia scale is more than 6 were selected
Provided informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with major psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, epilepsy etc were not registered
Age group below 17 and above 70 years
Patients having chronic illness like asthma, malignancies
breathing related sleep disorders
Patients under drug abuse or other medication which are known to cause drowsiness
Participation in another clinical trial
