patient willing for Trial.
patient of age group 18-70 yrs
Pain and stiffness over affected shoulder.
Inability to do Daily routine work.
patients not willing for trial or refuses to give their informed consent.
patient below 18 years and above 70 years.
patients having joint disorder(viz RA,Osteoarthritis Gouty arthritis ) or some other metabolic disorder.
Uncontrolled diabetis mellitus
Recent history of fracture/dislocation manipulation / immobilisation/ surgery of affected shoulder joint
Patient having congenital or acquired deformity ( cubitus varus ,cubitus valgus etc) in the affected shoulder joint.
Patient suffering from anaemia, endocrinal disorder, hypertension,cardiac disorder,TB, pregnant women
Patient on long term steroids for any disease
Patient with h/o acute trauma to the shoulder, head injury,chest injury spine injury,pelvic injury,severe haemorrhage
Insane, mentally unstable, unconscious,or semiconscious, severely ill and debilitated patients or patient having h/o seizures
Patient with h/o or ongoing malignancy or chemotherapy or radiotherapy
Presence of any local infection sinuses or skin diseases on the proposed Agnikarma or marma chikitsa site
Patient with peripheral vascular disease, peripheral neuropathy, Post polio paralysis or cerebral palsy on the affected side.

Name Time Method to see which chikitsa or therapy (marma or agnikarma) is effective for PA shoulder. Criteria of Assessment <br/ ><br>Subjective: Pain, Restricted movements, Visual Analogue Scale, Verbal Rating Scale, Radiation of pain <br/ ><br>Objective: Tenderness, Range of motionTimepoint: After 1week ,2weeks ,3weeks ,4weeks,5weeks,6weeks,at follow up after 15 days
