1 Patients presenting with classical features of vatakantaka
2 Patinmts of either gender, between the age group of 20-60 years
3 Patients unwilling for surgery
1. Patients having uncontrolled IDDM / NIDDM and other systemic disorders
2. Patients having infections due to osteomyelitis
3. History of ankle and foot fractures
4. Any previous surgery or treatment of planter fascitis
5. Inflammatory arthritis
6. Patients with thrombosis or DVT
7. Tarsal tunnel syndrome, Achilles tendonitis
8. Contraindicated for agnikarma

The parameters of Marma Therapy group will be assessed alternate days after procedure. The parameters of Agnikarma group will be assessed weekly after procedure.
