1. Age >50 years with knee osteoarthritis including the following criteria:
- pain score >=4 from osteoarthritis
- malalignment of knee
- plain film of the knee showed stage 3 or 4 of knee osteoarthritis
- not proceed to surgery within 1 year
2. Failed conservative treatment over 2 months (quadricep exercise, weight control, life style modification, analgesic medications)
1. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorder, systemic infection, infection around knee
2. Currently receiving the treatment of intraarticular visco-supplement injection
3. Connective tissue disease that involved skin around knee joints
4. On pacemaker
5. Unknown history of previous treatment
6. Uncontrolled psychiatric diseases (schizhrophrenia, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder)
7. Negative diagnostic block
