Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients complaining of back pain unilateral , starting from the region of sacro-iliac junction and radiating to buttocks or posterior aspect thigh till knee.
2) in whom other causes have been ruled pot
Exclusion Criteria
1) age <18yrs and > 60yrs
2) pregnant females
3) patients with other comorbidities
