Inclusion Criteria
Patients with coccydynia not responding to conservative management
Patients with history of trauma to coccygeal area
Patients who have not recieved steroid injection in and around the coccygeal area within the past 12 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
Local skin infection
Bleeding diathesis
Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
Pregnancy
Prevoius history of any pelvic sugery or coccygectomy
Tumors of pelvic region
Patients with cardiac pacemaker
Cognitive impairment
Umwilling participants
