Inclusion Criteria
Sympathetically mediated pain involving of upper extremities, and head and neck region.
B) Patients aged 18-60 years
C) Patients of either sex.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients refusal
2.Patients associated with any comorbidity.
3.History of allergy to local anaesthetic.
4.Skin lesion at the site of blockade.
5.Central or peripheral neuropathies or coagulopathy.
