Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age \>50 years with knee osteoarthritis including the following criteria:
  • •\- pain score \>\=4 from osteoarthritis
  • •\- malalignment of knee
  • •\- plain film of the knee showed stage 3 or 4 of knee osteoarthritis
  • •\- not proceed to surgery within 1 year
  • •2\. Failed conservative treatment over 2 months (quadricep exercise, weight control, life style modification, analgesic medications)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorder, systemic infection, infection around knee
  • •2\. Currently receiving the treatment of intraarticular visco\-supplement injection
  • •3\. Connective tissue disease that involved skin around knee joints
  • •4\. On pacemaker
  • •5\. Unknown history of previous treatment
  • •6\. Uncontrolled psychiatric diseases (schizhrophrenia, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder)
  • •7\. Negative diagnostic block
