Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age \>50 years with knee osteoarthritis including the following criteria:
- •\- pain score \>\=4 from osteoarthritis
- •\- malalignment of knee
- •\- plain film of the knee showed stage 3 or 4 of knee osteoarthritis
- •\- not proceed to surgery within 1 year
- •2\. Failed conservative treatment over 2 months (quadricep exercise, weight control, life style modification, analgesic medications)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorder, systemic infection, infection around knee
- •2\. Currently receiving the treatment of intraarticular visco\-supplement injection
- •3\. Connective tissue disease that involved skin around knee joints
- •4\. On pacemaker
- •5\. Unknown history of previous treatment
- •6\. Uncontrolled psychiatric diseases (schizhrophrenia, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder)
- •7\. Negative diagnostic block
