Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients complaining of back pain unilateral , starting from the region of sacro\-iliac junction and radiating to buttocks or posterior aspect thigh till knee.
- •2\) in whom other causes have been ruled pot
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) age \<18yrs and \> 60yrs
- •2\) pregnant females
- •3\) patients with other comorbidities
