- •Sympathetically mediated pain involving of upper extremities, and head and neck region.
- •B) Patients aged 18\-60 years
- •C) Patients of either sex.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients refusal
- •2\.Patients associated with any comorbidity.
- •3\.History of allergy to local anaesthetic.
- •4\.Skin lesion at the site of blockade.
- •5\.Central or peripheral neuropathies or coagulopathy.
