Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with coccydynia not responding to conservative management
- •Patients with history of trauma to coccygeal area
- •Patients who have not recieved steroid injection in and around the coccygeal area within the past 12 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
- •Local skin infection
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •Prevoius history of any pelvic sugery or coccygectomy
- •Tumors of pelvic region
- •Patients with cardiac pacemaker
- •Cognitive impairment
- •Umwilling participants
