入选标准
- •Persons with osteoarthritis of knee as per 2016 revised ACR criteria for early diagnosis of osteoarthritis
- •Radiologic tibiofemoral OA (Kellgren Lawrence grade 3,4)
- •Positive diagnostic block ( >50% improvement in pain)
排除标准
- •Bilateral OA knee of grade 3 or more
- •Prior knee surgery/ injury
- •Arthritis due to other causes
- •Serious neurologic/psychiatric disorder
- •Injection with steroids/hyaluronan in the last 3months
- •Uncontrolled diabetes
- •Coagulation disorder
- •VAS score < 5
- •Infection local or systemic
- •Allergy to anaesthetic medication used
- •Uncooperative patient
