Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients suffering from Osteonecrosis of femoral head with moderate to severe
- •anterior hip pain (visual analog score \>3\)
- •2\. Patient whose pain is not well controlled on oral pharmacological agents
- •3\. Patients who is unfit for THR due to co morbidities
- •4\. Patients who are unwilling for surgery
- •5\. Consent of the patient for the procedure
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Local site necrotic wound infection and distorted Hip anatomy either due to
- •disease or surgery
- •2\. Abnormal coagulation profile
- •3\. Patients or relatives’ refusal
- •4\. Allergy to lignocaine and bupivacaine
