Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients suffering from Osteonecrosis of femoral head with moderate to severe
  • anterior hip pain (visual analog score \>3\)
  • 2\. Patient whose pain is not well controlled on oral pharmacological agents
  • 3\. Patients who is unfit for THR due to co morbidities
  • 4\. Patients who are unwilling for surgery
  • 5\. Consent of the patient for the procedure

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Local site necrotic wound infection and distorted Hip anatomy either due to
  • disease or surgery
  • 2\. Abnormal coagulation profile
  • 3\. Patients or relatives’ refusal
  • 4\. Allergy to lignocaine and bupivacaine
