入选标准
- •1. Patients suffering from Osteonecrosis of femoral head with moderate to severe
- •anterior hip pain (visual analog score >3)
- •2. Patient whose pain is not well controlled on oral pharmacological agents
- •3. Patients who is unfit for THR due to co morbidities
- •4. Patients who are unwilling for surgery
- •5. Consent of the patient for the procedure
排除标准
- •1. Local site necrotic wound infection and distorted Hip anatomy either due to
- •disease or surgery
- •2. Abnormal coagulation profile
- •3. Patients or relatives’ refusal
- •4. Allergy to lignocaine and bupivacaine
