Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who mandatorily need cervical epidural space access at the C6\-7, C7\-T1 level
- •\- Patients who undergo cervical epidural block
- •\- Patients who undergo cervical epidural neuroplasty
- •\- Patients who undergo cervical blood patch
- •\- 20 \= age \<80
- •\- Patients who want to participate in this study and write informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- An allergy to local anesthetics and contrast dye, or steroid
- •\- Patients who are contraindicated in nerve block such as coagulopathy, infection at the insertion site
- •\- Neurological or psychiatric disorders
- •\- Pregnancy
- •\- Patients who do not want to participate in this study
- •\- Patients who had surgery on the cervical spine
- •\- Patients who cannot see the epidural space due to severe stenosis at the injection site
