Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who mandatorily need cervical epidural space access at the C6-7, C7-T1 level
  • - Patients who undergo cervical epidural block
  • - Patients who undergo cervical epidural neuroplasty
  • - Patients who undergo cervical blood patch
  • - 20 = age <80
  • - Patients who want to participate in this study and write informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion Criteria

  • - An allergy to local anesthetics and contrast dye, or steroid
  • - Patients who are contraindicated in nerve block such as coagulopathy, infection at the insertion site
  • - Neurological or psychiatric disorders
  • - Pregnancy
  • - Patients who do not want to participate in this study
  • - Patients who had surgery on the cervical spine
  • - Patients who cannot see the epidural space due to severe stenosis at the injection site
