Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who mandatorily need cervical epidural space access at the C6-7, C7-T1 level
  • •- Patients who undergo cervical epidural block
  • •- Patients who undergo cervical epidural neuroplasty
  • •- Patients who undergo cervical blood patch
  • •- 20 = age <80
  • •- Patients who want to participate in this study and write informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •- An allergy to local anesthetics and contrast dye, or steroid
  • •- Patients who are contraindicated in nerve block such as coagulopathy, infection at the insertion site
  • •- Neurological or psychiatric disorders
  • •- Pregnancy
  • •- Patients who do not want to participate in this study
  • •- Patients who had surgery on the cervical spine
  • •- Patients who cannot see the epidural space due to severe stenosis at the injection site
