Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria were undergoing trans radial coronary angiography, undergoing coronary angiography for the first time, aging 30-70 years, having no cognitive, behavioral, and verbal disorders, having the ability to speak, having the physical ability to attend the training session, and being willing to cooperate.
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criteria were co-administration of coronary angioplasty and having the history of receiving anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs.
