1.Healthy individuals aged between 18-65
2.Mandibular molar teeth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
3. ASA 1-2 patients without systemic disease or with mild systemic disease
1. Patients who used analgesic or anti-inflammatory drugs within 12 hours
2. Patients who were allergic to non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAI)
3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
4. Patients who have opioids
5. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal disease
6. Periodontal damaged teeth
7. Presence of systemic disorders and sensitivity to articain with 1: 100,000 epinephrine
8. Presence of perapical radiolucency
9. Patients with more than one painful tooth in the same patient
