入选标准
- •1.Healthy individuals aged between 18-65
- •2.Mandibular molar teeth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
- •3. ASA 1-2 patients without systemic disease or with mild systemic disease
排除标准
- •1. Patients who used analgesic or anti-inflammatory drugs within 12 hours
- •2. Patients who were allergic to non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAI)
- •3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- •4. Patients who have opioids
- •5. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal disease
- •6. Periodontal damaged teeth
- •7. Presence of systemic disorders and sensitivity to articain with 1: 100,000 epinephrine
- •8. Presence of perapical radiolucency
- •9. Patients with more than one painful tooth in the same patient
