•Diagnosed case of Type 2 DM with HbA1c >6.5%.
•Individuals with age group between 35-75 yrs.
•Patients with MMSE score 25-30.
•Patients with BBS score <45.
1) Patient with UMN lesion
2) Patient with Autonomic neuropathy
3) Any extrapyramidal/cerebellar disorder
4) Any congenital or acquired deformity of spine or Lower Extremity.
5) Patient having foot deformity (flat foot, hallux valgus)
6) Any other musculoskeletal disorder of Lower Extremity.
7) Patient with visual problems
8) Patient having any wound in foot.
