Inclusion Criteria
Patient hospitalized for exacerbated COPD;
both genders; without limitation of mobility.
Exclusion Criteria
Level of awareness by score Glasgow score less than fifteen; Borg dyspnoea score greater than seven; unstable heart disease; limited mobility; hemodynamic instabilit; mechanical ventilation

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The study showed that aerobic physical activity initiated in hospitalization of COPD patients did not worsen the inflammatory process, when it evaluated an inflammation before and after exercise;There was also an improvement in quality of life after one month of hospital discharge in the intervention group compared to the control group.
