Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing craniopharngioma excision by transcranial approach.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing only biopsy, VP shunt/reservoir placement in cases of Craniopharyngioma , transsphenoidal surgery for craniopharyngioma
2. Patients having Diabetes Insipidus /Diabetes mellitus before surgery
3. Patients with renal function abnormality
Patients will be allocated randomly into two groups
