- •Patients undergoing a non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia who are aged over 64

- •Emergency operation, organ transplantation surgery, cardiac surgery
- •Liver failure, renal failure.
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical classification 4 or 5
- •Underlying dementia, Parkinson's disease
- •Unable to communicate or unclear mentality
- •Refuse to write informed consent
