简要总结

The aim of the study is to assess and quantify the effect of Virtual Reality training on the performance parameters of boxers. The objectives are to assess the performance parameters of amateur boxers undergoing coaching in the sport, to develop a training module for boxers incorporating Virtual Reality training, and to calculate the effect of addition of VR training on boxing performance parameters.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether immersive virtual reality can be used as a training tool, as it offers a safe, injury-free environment for the boxers, while enabling them to train in offensive and defensive strategies.

The alternate hypothesis is that there is a significant effect of addition of virtual reality training on the performance parameters of amateur boxers. The null hypothesis is that there is no significant effect of the addition of virtual reality training on the performance parameters of amateur boxers.
