Inclusion Criteria
- •No known severe mental illness
- •Ability to communicate and no hearing or speech problems
- •Mobile or landline access and knowledge of its use
- •Literacy for reading and writing
- •Age 18 to 65 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Incomplete completion of questionnaires
- •Failure to implement the intervention program completely
- •Participate in a similar care program in the last 3 months
