  • •Ability to read and write
  • •Having a personal cell phone
  • •Age less than 50 years
  • •Attending at least 6 mindfulness intervention sessions

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Attending other psychological interventions or training
  • •Having a known psychiatric illness
