Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 50 year
- •Medial compartmental OA knee
- •Range of motion: flexion \> 90degree, Flexion contracture \< 15 degree
- •Kellgran and Lawrence classification 2\-3
- •Femorotibial ankle : varus \< 10 degree
- •Could walk without gait aids
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous knee surgery
- •Previous steroid injection \< 6 months
- •Systemic arthritis
- •Abnormal neurological function of lower limbs
- •Poor medical condition that unsuitable for hip exercise
