Inclusion Criteria
Age > 50 year
Medial compartmental OA knee
Range of motion: flexion > 90degree, Flexion contracture < 15 degree
Kellgran and Lawrence classification 2-3
Femorotibial ankle : varus < 10 degree
Could walk without gait aids
Exclusion Criteria
Previous knee surgery
Previous steroid injection < 6 months
Systemic arthritis
Abnormal neurological function of lower limbs
Poor medical condition that unsuitable for hip exercise
