Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria Type 2 diabetes Years of disease: >= 6 months Elevated hemoglobin A1C (>7 %) Having either persona computer or notebook which can connect to internet
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who have a diagnosed psychotic disorder, disabling sensory impairment, or life expectancy of <12 months, pregnant, active cardiovascular disease, end stage renal failure, breathing problems requiring hospitalization or oxygen use in the previous six months
