- •(1) Rotational ankle fracture (2) skeletal maturity (3) Patients who agree with informed consent

- •Exclusion criteria
- •(1) Ipsilateral combined fracture (2) prior history for sugery on injured limb (3) open fracture, infection (4) prior arthritic change of ankle joint (5) skeletal immaturity (6) Severe madical co-mobidity
