入选标准
- •Preeclamptic patients with period of gestation >20 weeks will be assessed for eligibility for
- •enrollment to the study if they show any one of the following features.11
- •BP is >=160 mmHg systolic and/or >=110 mmHg diastolic (on 2 occasions at least 4 hours
- •apart, while the patient is on bed rest) after 20 weeks gestation
- •Â¥New onset BP is >=140mmHg systolic and/or >=90mmHg diastolic (on 2 occasions at least 4 hours apart, while the patient is on bed rest) with any of the following is present:
- •Â¥Pulmonary features
- •Â¥Thrombocytopenia, platelets count <100,000/uL
- •Â¥Serum creatinine >=1.1 mg/L or a doubling of the serum creatinine concentration in the absence of other renal disease
- •Â¥Impaired liver function, elevated blood concentrations of liver transaminases to twice normal concentration
- •Â¥Cerebral or visual disturbances
排除标准
- •Â¥Pregnancy with severe anaemia
- •Â¥Gestational/chronic hypertension
- •Â¥Pregnancy with known cardiac diseases
- •Â¥Those who are not willing to give consent for participating in the study.
