•(1) Coronary angiography showed that at least one coronary artery stenosis was more than 50%, but less than 75%. For those who did not receive PCI or received PCI, the indications of PCI were in accordance with the Chinese Medical Association Guidelines for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (2016). Binary antiplatelet therapy was standardized after 1 year.
•(2) Subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent.
•(Note: Only those who meet the requirements of the above two items can be enrolled in the group.)

•(1) Anti-platelet drug allergy or intolerance;
•(2) Having hematological diseases or malignant tumors;
•(3) There are active peptic ulcer and major surgical operations recently.
•(4) Severe heart failure, severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
•(5) History of stroke in the past;
•(6) Severe cardiovascular or hemorrhagic events occurred within 1 year after PCI.
•(7) Patients unwilling to continue receiving antiplatelet therapy after 12 months of dual antiplatelet therapy;
•(8) those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients of the drug;
•(9) Mental and neurological disorders;
•(10) A similar experiment of traditional Chinese medicine has been done in the past three months.
•(Note: The same subject can not be re-entered into the same clinical trial, and those who meet any of the above criteria can not be included)
