1.Presence of postural deficiencies such as forward head posture.
2. Increased cervical lordosis and thoracic kyphosis.
3.Elevated and protracted shoulders, and rotation or abduction
4.Winging of the scapulae.
5.Altered craniovertebral angle
6.Posturally stressed 4th thoracic vertebrae
1.Severe disorders of the cervical spine, such as disk prolapse, spinal stenosis.
2.Postoperative conditions in the neck and shoulder areas.
3.History of severe trauma, instability, spasmodic torticollis, Frequent migraine, peripheral nerve entrapment.
4.Fibromyalgia.
