sub acute and chronic back pain, pain below L5 level, unilateral back pain with or without buttock or leg pain, pain around posterior superior iliac spine, asymmetric level of iliac crest, three out of four positive tests of symmetry and movement: heights of PSIS, standing flexion test, prone flexion test and supine long sitting test. Two out of four pain provocation test: distraction, compression, thigh thrust and sacral thrust
midline back pain,lumnbar disc related pain,spondylolisthesis,symmetrical pain,bilateral pain,above L5 level back pain,radicular pain with neurological deficits, true limb length discrepancy, scoliosis
