Inclusion Criteria
1) The patient in coma after traumatic brain injury was found for the first time; 2) No serious impairment in vision, attention or language comprehension prior to traumatic brain injury.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Bilateral cerebral hemisphere lesions; 2) Respiratory or heart failure.

Name Time Method The Function Independent Measure (FIM), Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) were collected at baseline and end of 12 weeks. The ratio of minimally conscious state (MCS) and vegetative state (VS) in total TBI patients were also obtained at end of 12 weeks.;
