1.Male aged 20 to 50 years;
2.The couple have lived together for more than one year after marriage, no contraceptive measures have been taken, female infertility due to male reasons; The male examination met the diagnostic criteria of male asthenospermia;
3.It conforms to the classification standard of kidney yang deficiency syndrome in TCM syndrome differentiation;
4.The sexual function was normal without other organic lesions of reproductive system;
5.Patients signed informed consent and participate voluntarily.
1.Patients with azoospermia and oligospermia;
2.Patients with congenital malformation, vascularis ovstruction, testicular atrophy, varicocele degree II or above;
3.Patients with mental or other similar diseases;
4.Any serious psychological abnormality that cannot be well controlled;
5.History of reproductive system surgery, trauma, or organic lesions;
6.The spouse has serious gynecological diseases and cannot rule out the influence on fertility;
7.Regular and unprotected sex life is less than 1 time /2 months or erectile dysfunction, abnormal ejaculation;
8.Patients who take drugs that hinder spermatogenesis and sperm motility, such as anti-epilepsy and anti-tumor;
9.Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
10.Patients received acupuncture or other non-drugs or drugs for asthenospermia within 3 months;
11.Patients with skin damage at acupoints.
