入选标准
- •1-adult patients = 18 years old till 70 years old
- •2- diagnosed with intestinal obstruction or abdominal sepsis,
- •3- who underwent abdominal surgery to control the source of infection and required postoperative sedation for mechanical ventilation
- •4- SOFA score = 2 points due to intra-abdominal infection.
排除标准
- •1- patients less than 18 years and more than 70
- •2- Ischemic heart diseases and heart failure
- •3-patient with cerebrovascular event
- •4- patients with neurological deficit
- •5-pateints with source of infection other than abdominal infection
