- •All children presented with stage II complicated pleural effusion/ empyema with age range of 6 months to 15 years, that fails to resolve by simple drainage by chest tube thoracotomy over 24 hours of admission.
排除标准
- •Children having
- •1.Disseminated intravascular coagulation.
- •2.Volume overload.
- •3.Allergic/ hypersensitivity to streptokinase
- •4.Consent withdrawal.
