Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age group of 18\-40 years(both males and females)
- •2\. non\-specific neck pain for period of 3 months or more
- •3\. pain intensity 3 or more than 3 on VAS
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Neck pain due to trauma, whiplash, cervical disc prolapse, inflammation, malignant disease or any
- •other neuro \-ortho conditions
- •2\. Congenital deformity
- •3\. Any past history of surgery to spine or thoracic
