American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)-II physical status; Term pregnancy; No history of any chronic disease i.e. Cardiovascular disease, Hepatic and Renal disease; No history of allergy to Bupivacaine, Paracetamol, and Diclofenac sodium
Diabetes mellitus type I and II, gestational diabetes; History of medication (opioid, corticosteroid, NSAIDâ??s); Complicated pregnancy and bad obstetric history; History of any type of drug abuse or alcoholism; Any type of psychiatric illness;Contraindication to spinal anesthesia and transversus abdominis block;ASA physical status III and IV; Weight of patient <50kg or >80kg; Not willing to participate in study; History of Bleeding disorder and patient on anticoagulant and antiplatelet
