1) Patients indicated for simple intra-alveolar dental extraction.
2) Both males and females.
3) Patients in 18 to 60 years of age.
4) Patients fulfilling ASA 1 and ASA 2 Fitness for Dental extraction.
5) Patients participating in the study voluntarily.
1) Patients with Acute pain and Space infections requiring immediate care.
2) Patient already taking analgesics for other conditions.
3) Patients requiring extraction of more than two adjacent teeth
4) Teeth requiring surgical extractions.
5) Patients Allergic to Local anesthetic solution and its contents.
6) Patients allergic to Ibuprofen and Ketorolac.
7) Pregnant patient requiring Dental extraction.
