Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA Grade I & II
2.Both sexes
3.Age 18 years - 60 years
4.Weight 40 kg - 70 kg
5.MPS Grade 1 & 2
6.No underlying significant morbidity
Exclusion Criteria
1.ASA Grade III & IV
2.Age less than 18 & more than 60 years
3.Patients Refusal to Study
4.Patient with cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic diseases, Impaired renal or hepatic function, neuromuscular disease
5.Patients with Known Allergy or Hypersensitivity to the drugs used in this study
6.Patients with Known Difficult Airway / Obesity / Pregnancy
