Inclusion Criteria
Healthy volunteers; both sexes; aged 60 or over; with a Montreal Cognitive Assessement test score greater than 22 points
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals diagnosed with disabling and / or neurodegenerative diseases; not literate.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Verify the effects on executive functions, through neuropsychological assessment methods, through the application of neuropsychological tests (Montreal Cognitive Assessement, Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test, Digit Test, Trail Test A and B, STROOP Test and Fluency Test Verbal) at the beginning and end of the study, using its raw scores to observe the effects of the intervention.
