入选标准
- •1. Only healthy patients under ASA-1 category in the age group of 18-45 years requiring surgical removal of bilaterally impacted mandibular third molars with comparative difficulty index in outpatient setting.
- •2. Patient not taking any pain medication 1 day prior to surgery that will alter the perception of pain.
排除标准
- •1. Pregnant & lactating females.
- •2. Patient with known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic/NSAIDS/Tramadol.
- •3. Patient with history of gastritis,pain & signs of infection or related problems in the week before surgery.
- •4. Patients taking MAO inhibitors or SSRIs.
- •5. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study or come for follow-up.
