1. Only healthy patients under ASA-1 category in the age group of 18-45 years requiring surgical removal of bilaterally impacted mandibular third molars with comparative difficulty index in outpatient setting.
2. Patient not taking any pain medication 1 day prior to surgery that will alter the perception of pain.
1. Pregnant & lactating females.
2. Patient with known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic/NSAIDS/Tramadol.
3. Patient with history of gastritis,pain & signs of infection or related problems in the week before surgery.
4. Patients taking MAO inhibitors or SSRIs.
5. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study or come for follow-up.
