- •Patients started on a topical steroid for the first time from our department
- •Patients already on topical steroid with or without features of topical steroid abuse
排除标准
- •Patients unwilling to give consent
- •Patients below 18 years of age
- •Patients already treated with long term oral steroid or other immunosuppressants
- •Patients planned for oral steroid treatment
- •Patients having comorbidities that resemble or can cause changes similar to topical steroid side effects (e.g., polycystic ovaries/Cushingâ??s syndrome/thyroid disorders)
- •Patients undergoing intralesional steroid injection
