Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients willing for the study.
  • •All the patients presenting with circumscribed patch of hair loss without any signs of inflammation or scarring.
  • •Patients who have not taken any treatment for alopecia areata during the last 3 months.
  • •Patients age more than 18 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who are not willing for the study.
  • •Patients with platelet count \< 1 lakh/mm3, hemoglobin \<10\.5 mg/mm3, serum albumin \<2\.5mg/mm3\.
  • •Patients with pregnancy or lactation.
  • •Extensive lesions (more than 5 lesions) or with secondary infection.
