Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I and II
Age group 20-40yrs
Weight between 40 and 80 kg
Elective abdominal surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients not willing to participate in the study.
Patient allergic to the study drug.
Patients undergoing laproscopic surgery.
Patients with difficult airway.

Name Time Method To determine the difference in post extubation SBP, DBP, MAP and Heart Rate from baseline to extubation in both study. groups (esmolol vs propofol). <br/ ><br>Timepoint: To compare the above mentioned parameters at: <br/ ><br>1. After giving reversal <br/ ><br>2. Before extubation <br/ ><br>3. 1, 3 , 5 and 10 minutes post extubation
- Secondary Outcome Measures
