  • •Signed, written informed consent
  • •\-Signs and symptoms of chronic heart failure

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Confirmed diagnosis of ATTR\-CM (transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy)
  • •\-Chronic heart failure with NYHA IV classification
  • •\-Participants that are not able to sign the informed consent by themselves.
  • •\-Participants who are employees of Pfizer or the study site and their family members.
