Inclusion Criteria
Apparently healthy adolescent between 14-19 years of age.
Attended regular school till 8 standard.
Studied English for atleast 3 years in a regular school,in post primary classes.
Exclusion Criteria
Adolescents with eye diseases/visual handicaps
Adolescents with known dietary restriction
