Inclusion Criteria
All preterm neonates born between 22 to 28 weeks of gestation (inborn or outborn referred within 24 hours of life) who are offered standard care
Exclusion Criteria
Proven genetic disorders.
Major congenital anomalies.
Those preterm infants who were offered comfort care after shared decision making.
