Subjects of age group between 21 to 40 years will be included irrespective of their gender, religion, socio-economical status.
Subjects who are willing to participate in the study and who are willing to give written informed consent
Individual suffering from any systemic diseases History of recent surgery
. History of recent fractures
During menstruation
Pregnant and Lactating women
Subjects under long term medications like NSAIDS, anti-histamines, etc
