入选标准
- •(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for stroke and was confirmed by head CT or MRI;
- •(2) 45 years old <= age <= 75 years old;
- •(3) Patients whose cognitive dysfunction were identified by MMSE and MoCA; MMSE<27, MoCA<26;
- •(4) Duration within 6 months of stroke;
- •(5) Patients with stable condition and conscious consciousness;
- •(6) The informed consent were signed by the patients or signed by their immediate family members.
排除标准
- •(1) Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment, mental disorder and other factors that affect cognitive examinations;
- •(2) Patients with obvious mental retardation and dementia before onset;
- •(3) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney failure, malignant tumors, gastrointestinal bleeding and other diseases;
- •(4) Pregnant and lactating women;
- •(5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials affecting the evaluation of the results of this study.
